  1. Make sure you have a Canva account (affiliate link) – don’t worry, it’s free!
  2. To access the link to the template, you need to click on the link provided in the PDF file (from a computer or desktop – not a mobile device).
  3. Once you’ve opened the template, you can start editing it! Yay!
  4. A free Help Guide PDF is also included in your purchase to help you with the ins and outs of Canva.

No, these are not fillable PDF files/templates (i.e. you cannot type directly into the boxes). They are meant to be changed the way you like, with a free Canva account, and printed out to be filled in by hand. If you wish to type directly into the template, you’ll need to manually add text boxes (instructions provided in the Help Guide PDF upon your purchase).

  • Please note that all templates are digital. You will NOT receive a physical product or shipment.
  • When you buy a template you will receive a link via email where you can view and download the PDF files.
  • Sales are final. Because of the digital nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once a purchase is complete – please read the description, view the images, and/or contact me if you have questions, before making a purchase you are unsure of.
  • Should you experience technical issues or have other questions or inquiries, head over to the contact page and send us a message. Please note that Canva is in no way liable for templates sold by me and the designs are entirely my own.

Although I take great care to use only free design elements and fonts in Canva, a Pro element might occasionally slip through – If there is a Pro element in the template, you can use it if you have a Canva Pro account, or simply change the element  to a free element in the design, or delete it if you don’t need it.

All planner templates purchased from TWCprintables come with a LIMITED Commercial License. This means that you may sell a planner, but only in PDF format and after making major changes to the design. The Canva link may not be shared or sold to anyone.

No. If you want to sell these planners, you’ll need to make major changes to the design. This can include but are not limited to font changes, colors, elements, styles, layouts, adding some sheets of your own, replacing some sheets with others you have designed/bought, etc. Take note that the design cannot be copyrighted by you, even after making these changes, as the original design is still that of TWCprintables and is used as a tool to create templates.

No. The Canva design is copyrighted and the original design of the templates and their layouts are entirely that of TWCprintables.

The Canva link may not be sold or shared, nor may it be shared with anyone who you hired/outsourced to edit the templates for you. You as the buyer are the sole commercial license holder and only you may access the templates via the Canva link.

Please reach out via the contact page if you want to buy a full commercial license (Corporate License). A Corporate license will allow you to share the template links within your business so that your employees may access the Canva links. Please take note that it can be much more expensive than the template itself.

You may not sell or share a Canva template. Please send us a message through the Contact Page form before you do this to get more info.
